Bil made this one.....
You need:
8 Chipolatas
2 x 420g cans Mixed Beans (drained)
2 x 400g cans Chopped Tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried Basil
2 teaspoons dried Oregano
1 tablespoon Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Brown the Chipolatas for 5 minutes in a pan on a high heat. Add the Beans and Tomatoes, Herbs and Sugar, then add salt and pepper to taste
Simmer for 10 minutes until the sausages are cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Serve with Jacket Potatoes or Mash and some crusty bread.
