Shredded Pork Tacos

A little bit of effort involved in preparing the pork, but you can cheat your arse off by using shop bought chilli sauce to complete the meal.

You Need:

600g Pork Shoulder or any other meaty cut you can get
500g Jar of Chilli Sauce
1 pack ready made Taco shells
1 Bottle beer, such as Sol or Corona
1 Onion - sliced

Place the sliced Onion in a crockpot or slow cooker. Lay the Pork on top and pour the beer over. Cover and cook on high for approx 3 hours

Drain and discard the Onion, Beer and any visible fat. Shred the pork between 2 forks, or if you feel messy, use your fingers!

Return the Shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir in the Chilli Sauce. Cover again and cook on low for 2 hours. Stir well and serve in the warmed Taco Shells with some Guacamole, Sour cream and Salsa.
