Chicken with Lemon and Garlic

On it's own, this is a simple way to serve Chicken and is ideal as a snack or as a Tapas dish. Add some Patatas Bravas and you've got a nice supper dish. Try it with Turkey or Pork if you like, but cook it for a little longer if using Pork.

You need:

2 Skinless and Boneless Chicken Breasts - cut into strips
1 Lemon
1 Small Onion - finely chopped
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Heat the Oil in a large frying pan and then add the Chicken, Onion, Garlic and Paprika. Cook over a high heat for about 3 minutes until cooked. Add the juice of the Lemon and the Parsley, then season to taste.
